well... came back fron thailand like 1 mth ago... thailand sucks.. its a horrible training grd... but sian.. gotta go back again in march.. hai..

just signed up for german language class... damm ex la.. some more its not confirm if the class is gonna start..cos now only got 5 students..ahaha... i think if the class don't start.. i'll prob change to french ba. dunno.. see how..

today just went to book my basic theory test. kns... must wait till jan then got slots :'(

oh wells... cos the blog just got 'revived' only ystd.. haha.. nv had a chance to talk about the safra adventure race...

safra avventura 07 ( 9 sept )
shag man.... the running route was crazy la.. from the start we ran from tampines to pasir ris park.. i was horrible la.. if not because of adolphus ar. i'll prob give up and start walking liao... thx bro. on the run to pasir ris park we had 2 stations to clear. 1st one was to walk back to back across a channel.. then the other 1 was somewhere in the mid of pasir ris park. that was to find 5 stampchops inside a maze... haha guess what.. i met BK CHUA (aka daddy).. he was jogging on his own there... so after that maze station.. we continue run to the end of pasir ris park... then there was this small route that leads us into the bushy area.. then to some forested area... run run run run run .. then we hit our bike check pt. and guess what. we were at pasir ris camp area liao... where all the fish farms and dog farms are.... but then the cycling route was damm short.. less than 10mins we hit the nxt station le...
this station was a river x-ing station.. we had to put our bikes on a rubber float and swim across the river together. well.. there was a massive bottle neck at the station... we waited for like an hr half before we got our turn... heng ar.. at least can let my muscles rest.... then when is our turn.. me & adol took ropes and tie down our bikes to the float... and we had this strategy to use slings and tow the float while swimming... but then adolphus was kinda weak in swimming.. so now my turn to repay him liao... during run.. he keep pushing me.. so now my turn repay... i tow his bike as well...
so we hit over the other end le.... guess what.. we hit punggol area liao.. haaha... then we had to cycle to our nxt check pt which was like less than 5mins. the nxt check pt was navigation... nth much.. just do our jobs.. haha. then we continue our cycling all the way to punggol jetty... it wasnt very far la... damm.. too short... so at punggol jetty... adol had to do some archery shooting.. ahha... we were cock man.. keep cracking jokes on 1 another.. cos we ran with our helmets on.. so at the station i was like " yo adol, remember take off our helmet when shooting, wear helmet too long brain will stupid de.. haha "
then when he was shooting his archery... cos bulls eye is in yellow, follow by the outer colour which was red. then somehow all his arrows hit the red section.. so i asked him....
z : "yo adol.. you got colour blind a not ?"
a: "no la.. siao.. dun have la.. why ?"
z: "no la... cos all your arrows go the red instead of yellow... u sure u see the correct colour hor.. "

haha.. then everyone at that station was like laughing...
haha... there goes our bikes.... byebye... we had to deposit our bikes there.. and continue the race running.. dammm.... run run run run
then we hit punggol marina.. thats when another challenge came in.... we had to kayak all the way to yishun.. although during the race we do not know we were heading to yishun la.... 8KM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it was 8KM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we kayak all the way there man... *piew... theres like some muscle inbalance between me & adol.. haha.. our left side seems stronger... our kayak always steer left de.. ahha... row & row & row row row ...
oh well.. after like 1hr dunno how many mins.. we reach yishun liao... guess what.. run again... we ran from dunno where... to yishun safra.. haha finally gotta end
last station at yishun safra was rock climbing/ascending then abseil down... oh well.. seriously speaking la... rock climbing was no kick man.... then was abseiling.. aiyar... also no kick.. army do till sian.. ahha
so well.. thats the end... finish the race in like 7hrs.. haha oh well... only 1 word to describe... SHAG !!!!

haha.. thats all...damm.. sounds like damm simple... haha... i think is the run that killed ppl la.. ahha

hmmm... flying off tml le... 1st time gonna take C130 over.. no commercial flight for me this time... but well.. when come back i will be in commercial flight... at least i got this 1st time experience la.. haha.. damm. kns.. i tml gotta wake up at 3.30am la.. gotta report to hendon by 5am.. zzz
hope the flight is smooth with air con.. least can sleep.. haha

oh my .. FINALLY ....... yesterday's IVP, we made it !!!!!!
we came in 3rd for 4x100m ....... finally..... 3 years... 3 hard years of trainings .... i've finally got a result... well.. a graduation gift !!

ya.. relay started... SP( hock leong ) got the baton b4 me ... but heng at my leg.. i manage to cut him .... *piew... i almost couldnt pass the baton to yusman.. heng ar... but well... we manage to do it .. haha... so we came in 1st in our heats.... but then overall was 3rd.
i was at the long jump pit... so when they announced the results through the PA system.... i SCREAMED !!!!! haha... my eyes turned red ... haha.... ya ya ... i did cry .... was so happy... 3 years.... at last... a medal....

was very tired, couldn't do well at long jump .. sad ... keep taking off b4 i reach the board... if not could hit 6m ... but then.. its alright... i can't possibly perform well in both relay & long jump.. sacrifies has 2 be done...

well.. we didn't got overall 3rd... but its ok.. at least we've shown the other sch's how bonded & big our team is.... arhhhhhhhhh !!!!!!!!!! NP ROCKS !!!!!

after ivp... as usual... ppl got thrown into the steeple chase .. haha... including me... eeeeucks !!! damm smelly.. i can taste song lim's shoes.. yucks... haha had lots of real fun ...

after the whole thing.. we(TEAM NGEE ANN) went back 2 sch ... had dinner at KAP.. then went back ... we stayed overnigh.... *ahem....wahahahahhaha ..... our classrooms became our LAN SHOP !!!! one side play PS, the other side play DOTA ... haha.... had lots of fun ... me, daniel & songlim ROCKS ... our team is the best man ... haha... played from like 10pm till nxt morning 7plus AM .. haha....

well.... my project can't finish in time for the competition... but then.. who cares... haha.... the panel came in to the room... and we could not show anything... aha... but nvm de la... impt is nxt week... panel review... my results gonna be by them man... pray that everyting goes well....

hmm... didn't train today ... rest day for me... tml too ... hopefully the pain ease off... i hope..... not many ppl train.... cheo train too ... well.. she shldn't have la.. she shld just rest .... but i understand how shes feel... then uncertainty inside her ... dunno if she could run or not... just wanna try it out and convience herself that she still can .... im like tt too ..... why do u think my feet take so long then recover... haha... cos just train & train & train.... i seriously need a long term rest scheme man... hee ehee ....

oh well... now im really starting to get scared.... maybe cos my confidence got back in relay... but then that the problem... very scared that i cannot perform at my tip top condition....

wahaha... well... im happy.. im sad... did training today ... relay guys clock 44.3s during training... damm.. didn't know it started le.. till i saw soon ho so close 2 me... cock.. haha... but it was a nice timing.... my feet hurts.. but im not gonna give a damm bout it... cos im just gonna wack and make sure my team comes in 43 or below for this sat race... we can do it !!!

was having breakfast wif grandma & guo jian ... well.. his leaving on friday.. back to cornell 2 study ... wahaha..... after that went down to queensway polyclinic to see a doc... kns.... i nv been to polyclinic b4 lo... i dun even now the procedeurs... haha.. like a gong tao there... but well.. doc say might nt be a stress fractured... but hard 2 say .. probably ligament injured ... so gave me pain killer/inflamation tablets and gastric pain tablets... cos the pain killer will cause gastric pain .... and oso was given a gel for my feet... hope it recovers good !!!

well..tok abt ivp ... sat 14th jan was ivp day 1... we clock 3rd position for guys & girls overall so far.. i seriously pray (nar fuck it), i seriously hope to have it maintain till the end of ivp. i am proud of yew cheo, she did extremely well k... i was like trying 2 hold back my tears when she finished ur 800 in pain ... im also very proud of jarral having a new p.b ... yifeng, he did very well... but unfortunately he fell.. but with high sportsmanship, he finishes his race... IM VERY PROUD 2 HAVE THIS ATHLETE IN MY TEAM ! eugene came in for finals, i was shocked, he was too ... but that was what he shld get in return from his hard trainings... Daniel did his 1st triple jump competition, yar the officials was totally FUCK UP !! stupid old fucker.. cannot see clearly.. but well.. tts the reason that makes S*** fuck up .... but well.. he did good and im proud of him too ... seeing everyone putting their full effort in their race makes me even want to do better even when the pain is there.....

yahooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo... its SAT !!! i finally got a chance to take part in the osim triathlon .. yippy man... ahha.. it rox... thou i took part in the mini distance la.. but wah liew.. its was still tough man.. considering it was my 1st time...

woke up 5am in the morning.. heng i pack my stuffs the day b4 le... cook spagetti fer breakfast.. waha.... then 6am adolphus meet me at my hse... he damm kan cheong.. wahah.... write no. on his hand le.. paste no. tag on his helmet le.. wahah.. he damm anxious sia... wahah... so we met up with yk, sc at sc house... his uncle send us there wif his lorry .. cos we had bikes wif us

we reach there abt 7 plus... then had 2 wait fer toon xiong.. well his always the last 1 to reach .. wahaha.... we stick our no. tags on our bikes & helmets.. then wrote the our numbers on our arms & legs... wahah.. my no... 638 ...

we deposit our bikes & stuffs at the bike area... then had our warm up there.... time fly damm fast... a while only... we had 2 gather at the starting point le... nv even had my warm up swim ... basket...

u know wats funnie during the race... see ar... during the run.. there are water stations... so the 1st few stations provided water... usually ppl will crush the cup so that only little water is left.. cos they dun wanna drink too much so they wun get unnessary stiches... then the crush the cup le.. they will drink a sip .. then they pur the rest on themselves... i did that... fer lyk the 1st 2 stations i did that.... then there was this round about... all the ngee ann ppl there as helper.. saw roanna and others... kaoz... i took the cup from the gals(not ngee ann ppl) then i crush le... nv drink .. pour on myself... then i drink a sip .. then i found out .. SHIT !!! it was Sparkling H2O .. not water !!! biang... then i head the gal toking to her friend " that guy siao 1 ar " .. wah alu.. they nv tell us is H20 Sparkling... diao... after the race ar... then adol told me the same story .. wahaha...

when the flag off ... we ran from mac ritchie(dunno how 2 spell la) to bukit timah hill.. kns.. damm shiong.... then when we reach bukit timah .. then we got our bikes.. and cycle down rifle range road... then into bukit timah mountain bike trail... damm shiong i can say ... quite dangerous too.. but then .. SHIOK !!!... wahaha... aldo fell in 1 of the slopes.... and the funny thing is that he fell infront of this sign board that says " ACCIDENT PRONE AREA" wahaha... damm cute.... after cycling the route abt 8km ... we had 2 run back to mac ritchie again .. then we did a 300m kayaking .. then ran to bishan fire station to do abseiling .. heng i borrowed 4 harness from arc.... so we actually had piority to go 1st... ahahah.. thx lot mei en ... :P ... so we ran back to the finishing point .. which clocks a timing of 4hrs 45mins .... coming in 6th hahaz...

well... today...... hmm... k la... nt much either..... went fer the adidas warehse sale at expo with roanna & her friends.... kaoz.. it sux man.. nothing 2 buy de... haha.... dun waste time go there queue... u end up queue longer to pay ur stuffs than to queue to go in the hall..... kk .. so after expo was back to school fer training.. oh man.. i was LATE.... hahaz... bad boy..... training was damm slack k ... thx to that sch's IVP dinner...

Hao Zi Zai MTV Shooting Day 2 (Night Only)

yeah man..... the MTV shooting is finally OVER !!!!!!!!! whahaha.... but i kinda missed it leh... it feels cool being shoot by a camera crew ... and so many passerby stand there and see u sing ... whahahah....

wellz... morning wake up ... *haiz.. feel so sian when u got no sch .... after breakfast.. tried studying ... damm.. hardly anything went into my brains then afternoon tried studying again ... end up watch VCD .. haha.. NO SELF CONTROL... heeheez... ..

kkz... so ard 5 .. met up with kailin at serangoon mac fer a damm early dinner.. b4 we head down the our MTV shooting destination .... wahhahz......

okie... so its the last destination and the last scene and the last day and the last time for the Hao Zi Zai MTV shooting... well.. its at the music recording studio.... whahaa.... i just luv 2 be there... ahhaz.. maybe nxt time i go study to be a sound engineer ... think got better future rather than studying all the stupid waves i am studying now... hahaz....

well.. the shooting was gd... & fast..... only took us about 30mins ba... we just sang once together ... then after that only the 3 gals sang.... then last .. was me alone in the studio ..... xian diao sia... i kana NG ....... dunno y also .... then gotta shoot again ..... hahaz.. yeapz... tts.. 3 different shootings.... yeah man... well.. thats the end to the Hao Zi Zai MTV Shooting le... so sad.... :( hope it turns out nice.... can't wait to see the final product... wahehh....

so after the shooting... it was DINNER again... hahaz... me kailin krist & gisy went circuit road fer dinner.... yeah man..... haha...

wahahah... MTV shooting wor... ahha.. cool rite.. heeheez... damm tough de leh...
oh wellz... early morning gather at FKY .... came in my camo burms & basketball jersy .. haha.. .. so well...

1st stop : Tanjong Rhu / Waterfront Bridge
attire: camo pants & red basketball jersy

eh... our 1st stop was here... damm hot .. was lyk 10am lyk tt .... that was our 1st scene fer the MTV ... ahah.. me, gisy, kailin & krist were the lead singers... haha.. cannot believe it... take so many times sia... we 4 sweat until lyk pigs .. especially me ... hahaz... the director gotta keep asking us wipe our sweat... hee ... think by the end of this 1st stop only ar.. think our makeup all gone liaoz.. ahhaz.... wellz... it was 1st a full dance with ah ma's, teens fr. teen class & kids from children class..... then it was individual... as in.. they filmed ah mas waving their hands.... then film teens dancing.. then the kids... hahaz.. so cute.... then we 4 were ask to 'act' while we walk towards the camera.. as if we are chatting and having fun .. haha.. so farnie.. damm FAKE sia.... eh... just b4 we left ... we 4 did the dance with the teens and guess wat... i did my 1st RAP infront of the cam .. haha.. so wierd... 1st time ma.. cannot blame... hahaz... well..tts all fer the 1st stop... nxt...........................

2nd stop: Bedok Jetty @ East Coast Park
attire: brown burms & red top

ha !! now is the 2nd stop... we went to a corner.. by the sea .... with rocks.... so well.. the 4 lead singers.. ( me, gisy, krist & kailin ) had to step onto the rocks and DANCE... omg ... we were lyk so unstable and any min we might fall.... now here is the main part of the shooting.... KRIST DROP HER SHOE INTO THE SEA !!!!!!!!!! wahahaha... how can tt actually happen man... well.. only fer her la.. hahaz... for some reason she took out her shoe to clear sand .. then accidentally drop it into the sea.. haha... she had no choice but scream and see it roll down ... hahaz... BOoooo... well.. heng got ppl kayaking .. then we got them to help us get back that shoe of hers.... damm heng rite.. hahaz.... everyone was lyk can't stop laughing at her..... heehee :p ... okiez.... so we carry on our shooting ... and i did a solo rap part seating on the rocks with the camera infront of me.. heehee.... think i kinda run out of hand gestures ... hahaz.... then hor... we had lunch there.... after lunch ... uncle john came out with the idea that we mix a bit of machi jump 2003 dance steps... erm.. not exactly the same.. but improvised 1 .... so we took ... not me inside la.. :( cos i nv learn that dance when the others did.. haha... but its okie..... so after this scene.... director wants us 4 to split into 2 pairs... and then sings & dance together with all the ah mas and kids.... so me & krist were tall .. so we 2 1 pair.. then gisy & kailin 1 pair... so fer the 1st half of the song... me & krist go 1st... then 1/2 way tru we swap with gisy & kailin ... hahaz... .. then me got a close up alone with the ah ma's and kids dancing behind while i do the rap .... then gisy had her chance to sing alone too.. wahaha.... we rock man..... so after this rock part.... we proceed to the jetty ... haha... damm.... so many ppl there sia.... so we did a full dance at the jetty... then its solo dance... ahhahz..... we 4 were ask to dance and sing infront of the camera 1 by 1 ... haha.. with the whole jetty as backgrd... hahaz.... so many ppl standing beside watching sia.. hahaz.. some passerby even took out their camera to film sia... hahaz.... i feel lyk a celebrity sia... heehee ... oi oi !!! copyright hor.... dun take our faces go sell.... hahaz... bhb ..... well... tts fer tis stop.. still got a few parts nv write out la.. but if write out ar.. aiyo.... too long le la... haha... okie.. NXT STOP................

3rd stop: Esplanade/Merlion Walk
attire: same as 2nd stop

well... this part was short... but quite fun ... hahaz... we did a full dance with the merlion right behind us.... then after that left with the 4 of us only... we were told to just sing ... but have to walk up to the camera fer a close up one by one while singing... hahaz... i lyk tt man... hee... 1st was gisy, then kailin, then krist follow by me with the singing & rap... hahaz... well.. after tt was a change of scene... this time round... director got the esplanade as the backgrd .. ahhaz... eh... we still did the same ting la... walk out to the camera and sing ... must look happy... hahahz.... this rocks !!! hahaz... but then this part got kana NG a few times.. haha... cos we not 'ON' enough... not saying other places & other scene nv NG also la... NG got la... but not that much la... hee .... director want us more 'ON' more 'Hip" ... haha.. in short... THICK SKIN la... haha.. cannot scared paiseh.... hahaz... well.. tts all fer the 3rd stop... short and easy .... NXT..............

4th stop: Sentosa ( Siloso Beach / Musical Fountain )
attire: jeans/long sleve shirt with t shirt inside * i luv this attire man... look damm cool...

hahaz... LAST STOP !!! hahaz... SENTOSA ... *haiz... actually according to plan we suppose to go Fort Siloso to shoot 1 ... but think got some prob .. end up .. aiyo... gotta go Siloso beach .. almak sia... 1 stop .. got water scene(river), 2nd stop.. beach ... got sea .... 3rd stop ... singapore river.... 4th stop .. beach ... sea again .. haha.. the whole MTV all got water as backgrd sia... ahaz... well... hahaz.. this stop .. sentosa.. aha.. no dance wor.. just singing and acting.. hahaz.... me in jeans .. then gisy was in black pants.. krist & kailin in skirt.... wahaha.... i nv see kailin so pretty b4 ... heehee.... wilson gonna kill me.... but im serious man... hahaz.... well... we went all the way to a corner along the beach... stones again ... haha.... but the senery not bad.. hahaz... eh... 1st part was director made me sit on a stone ... then the 3 gals stand at diff angles infront.. then we just sing the song... hahaz... krist machiam lyk stone lyk tt cos she standing rite infront ... then she dun dare to move... hahaz.... then after tt ... the 3 gals join me on the stone.. haha... we did the same ting.. just sing only... well.. when it comes to my rap... i rap lo.... hee ..... k k .. after this scene.... comes the solo part .. haha.... the kids fr. teen class sit on a bending tree ... well.. the tree was bending so low that ppl could sit on it la... haha... it was me tt went 1st... whaha.... sing the whole song liaoz... when coming to ending kana NG .. kaoz.. cos the kids at the back wern't tt active enough... the lyk stone.. so gotta restart.. haha.... 2nd time .. well.. better .. ahahz... this part was cool... doing a solo sing.. then the camera shooting from the side... ahhaz.. blea :p .. well.. come nxt was kailin... hers wasn't bad... it was gd k ... then was Gisy .. hahaz... here comes the farnie part.... her scene was at another tree... then when she sits there .. she look as if she taking wedding photo.... then kailin shouted " eh.. gisy .... wheres ur bride ?? " .. then everyone stunt.. then started laughing.... cos gisy is a gal.. well obvious... i always u she she she... then how come waiting fer bride.... hahaz.. cos when she dressed up formal.. she really look lyk a pretty boy .... ahahz..... okiez.... so now last 1 is krist... haha... can see she damm nervious... cos so many ppl watching her doing solo ... hahaz.... well... in the end.. it was gd.. haha.. rock it man.... ok... so after the beach scene.. we went to the musical fountain ... haha... not the 1 that shows at nite.. but outside la... we 4 were ask to go into the maze made of leaves... haha.. then while coming out from the entrance... we 'act' as if we were chatting and damm happy bout it... well.. u know.. act lyk damm hip ... hahaz... then... haha... thx to me & gisy.... all 4 of us had to do a solo jump ... haha.. as in .. jump in the air and post..... hahaz.. cos gisy did a jump out of no where 1st... then i see le i also do 1 ... then some how uncle john saw mine.. so decided to add 1 part in the MTV with us jumping ... haha... so it was gisy 1st... she walk out from inside.. while reaching the entrance.. she jump and theres go a post.. hahaz.... it was gd... nxt was kailin ... hahaz..... okie la... nt so bad... ppl wearing skirt ma... hahaz... then it was krist turn ... ahaha.. kana NG ... must redo ... ahahz... cos her jump ... eh... wasn't really a 'jump' la.. hahaz... so 2nd time... mian chiang can la.. hahaz... the after tt was me.. yeah.... so i walk out .. then reach the camera.. i did a jump lyk i was told.. haha.. steady.... that was the END of our MTV shooting for our song.... okiez.. so Hao Zi Zai was done... now is a small little scene for the song You Fo Fa Jiu You Ban Fa ... it was the show of the kids in teens class.... hahaz.... they did the dance.... and some how or rather.... it attracted ppl to stand aside and see them... haha.. those ang mo even took out their camera to film it down... wahhahah..... so after a few scenes & NGs.... tts all fer the day !!!.. yippy....

haah.. well.. thats all fer today .... finish the whole song liaoz.. wahaha... kaoz... 2 mins plus only leh... shoot the whole day .... imagine if the song is lyk 5 mins... think those ppl involve gonna die man... hahaz....... k k .. so u can say the MTV shooting of Hao Zi Zai is already almost done... wats left is just a small scene at the studio tml ... hee....

oh wellz.... this morning when i woke up ... got so surprised... my little bro made me breakfast( fried egg ) .. its so not him ... hahaz.. im so bad

afternoon went FKY for dance rehearsal to prepare for this tues MTV shooting... wahah.. coolz man.. im gonna shoot MTV wor.. hahaz... so :( .... can't wear the pink t-shirt GISY bought fer me for the MTV cos uncle john say it wun look nice when filmed cos of the brown strips i have on the t-shirt... hahaz.. so :( but wellz.. nvm la.... but hor.. dunno if i have the courage to wear it out wif friends.. hahaz...

well.. after rehearsal ... me, wilson, felix, kailin & serene went PS for MOVIE !!! hahaz.. we watched ROBOTS.. nice show....haha.. .. sian.... i really am the odd 1 there man.... wilson & kailin together... then felix & serene together... and im still alone... haiz.... 3 FKY buddies.. left me still single.... oh manz.... am i really that weak that i can't find 1 ??? hai.. maybe i am la... k k watever... well.. after the show.. they 4 went fer dinner at some jap restaurant nearby... me ?? home lor.... so here i am now writing the blog lo ... hee
