project competition gone .....
well.... my project can't finish in time for the competition... but then.. who cares... haha.... the panel came in to the room... and we could not show anything... aha... but nvm de la... impt is nxt week... panel review... my results gonna be by them man... pray that everyting goes well.... hmm... didn't train today ... rest day for me... tml too ... hopefully the pain ease off... i hope..... not many ppl train.... cheo train too ... well.. she shldn't have la.. she shld just rest .... but i understand how shes feel... then uncertainty inside her ... dunno if she could run or not... just wanna try it out and convience herself that she still can .... im like tt too ..... why do u think my feet take so long then recover... haha... cos just train & train & train.... i seriously need a long term rest scheme man... hee ehee .... oh well... now im really starting to get scared.... maybe cos my confidence got back in relay... but then that the problem... very scared that i cannot perform at my tip top condition.... all we can do now is just ... rest & pray hard........
